The Brief
Black Forest 79 is a small-batch artisan gin distilled in the heart of the Black Forest by the Badger Mountain Moonshine Company. The brand needed an identity and packaging that reflected its handcrafted process, premium quality, and rustic roots, while also carving out a distinct position in the crowded artisan gin market.

The Problem
The challenge was to translate the spirit of a traditional moonshine operation into a premium look that felt both authentic and contemporary, standing out without losing its raw, craft-driven edge.

The Solution
I developed the full brand identity and packaging, featuring a custom label that wraps around a distinctive, heavy glass bottle. The design balances bold simplicity with rustic character, using metallic ink accents to add a modern, premium touch. Each bottle is hand-signed to emphasize the small-batch care behind every pour.
