The Brief
Handy Laundry, a line of New Zealand wool dryer balls, needed a refreshed presence for the German market, where “Handy” means mobile phone. The goal was to reposition the brand as a natural, sustainable alternative to fabric softener and optimize its performance on Amazon.

The Problem
The existing name and packaging created confusion and lacked clarity and appeal for the local, eco-conscious audience. The brand needed stronger shelf presence and messaging aligned with shopper expectations.

The Solution
This project presents my complete redesign process: product and consumer research, persona development, competitive analysis, moodboards, a clear point of view, logo redesign, and updated listing imagery. I proposed two routes: one rooted in natural, minimalist cues, and one that evolved the existing assets for better hierarchy and structure, both crafted to elevate the brand and drive conversion on Amazon.
