The Brief
Develop a marketing brochure for Fiori Naples, a new luxury apartment community in Southwest Florida. The piece needed to convey wellness, elegance, and modern comfort, setting the tone for a lifestyle rooted in design-forward living.
Problem
With leasing efforts starting before the units were complete, the sales team needed a compelling visual tool to introduce Fiori. The brochure had to express both the concrete features (like floor plans and amenities) and the emotional appeal of a calm, connected, design-focused lifestyle.
Solution
I created a refined, story-driven brochure using aspirational imagery, soft textures, and elevated typography to evoke a sense of natural luxury. The layout was designed to guide the reader through Fiori's core values of wellness, design, and ease. Arched image treatments, a serene color palette, and thoughtful pacing helped bring the brand to life in print and digital formats. The final piece became a key marketing asset for pre-leasing efforts.
